1. Download and install Openemr using Docker
docker run -d -p 80:80 -p 443:443 openemr/openemr
2. clone git repository
https://github.com/nageshajab/openemr.git
3. Go through readme.md file
4. There is a console selenium application from step 2 which allows you to do half steps from readme.md
